Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced individual familiar with common DevOps workflows who is keen on applying their breadth of technical knowledge to build the next phase of our application. Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multitasker and a team player. You will be a developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Software development, including requirements study, analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and user training
• Graph data modelling with property graphs and RDF (Resource Description Framework)
• Ontology design using Web Ontology Language (OWL)
• Evaluate user requirements
• Promote and assist in refining the Agile development workflow for our DevOps team

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science with Software Engineering major, or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the industry or equivalent
• Knowledge of software design, development, and Agile methodologies
• Knowledgeable in Linux, PHP, and JavaScript
• Demonstrate experience in prompt engineering
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving & critical thinking skill
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
