What will your role be:
- Responsible for functional testing and user experience testing of company software products (Web, Android, iOS, mini-programs, payment systems, components, intelligent applications, etc.), including tasks related to automated testing, performance testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Understand and analyze software requirements, assist the team in refining requirements and development design, extract testing features, design effective test cases, efficiently execute test cases, track software defects, and perform online quality monitoring and analysis.
- Submit test plans, test reports, and report bugs in the standard format, and assist developers in locating and resolving issues.
- Analyze opportunities for improving quality and efficiency based on daily work, and continuously enhance team performance through process improvement, tool development, or platform development.
What an ideal candidate means to us:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field, with a solid foundation in computer knowledge.
- At least three years of experience in testing-related work, proficient in software testing theory and testing methods.
- Possess programming thinking and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, OC (Swift), JS, etc., and be able to apply it to quality assurance practices, such as code diff testing.
- Understand business logic and system architecture, able to design precise test cases, and have rich practical experience in designing test cases for exceptional scenarios.
- Proficient in problem localization and analysis methods, including but not limited to server log analysis, client log analysis, coverage analysis, tracking, and packet capture.
- Proficient in interface automation testing and familiar with at least one interface automation testing framework.
- Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, patience, and strong learning and hands-on abilities.
- Familiar with project management processes, with extensive project experience, and preferably with experience in quality analysis and process optimization.
- Familiar with continuous delivery and practical experience in its implementation is preferred.
- Experience in testing global products is preferred.
