About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
Solution Delivery Expert to join
RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will lead the implementation and delivery of innovative technology solutions that support asset management operations and enhance client services.
You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end solution delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and integrate new technologies and processes that drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology solutions across asset management functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical and system requirements
- Design and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and client experience
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for solution implementation initiatives
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and continuous improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for solution architecture, processes, and best practices
- Ensure all solution deliveries comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
- 46 years of experience in solution delivery, application support, or technology implementation, preferably within asset management or financial services
- Strong understanding of asset management operations, investment processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions and managing large-scale projects
- Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft .NET, MS SQL, or Oracle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CFA are highly desirable
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
