Senior Solutions Architect / Senior Presales Consultant
Work location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor (Hybrid)
The Role:
- Engage with high-profile customers and partners: Lead technical discussions and showcase innovative solutions to help organizations unlock the true power of their data.
- An Advisor by guiding customers through technical evaluations, ensuring a seamless journey from exploration to adoption to complete the technical sales cycle.
- Support to drive regional revenue growth by supporting strategic sales initiatives and expanding company's brand presence in the market.
- Deliver compelling presentations and custom demonstrations that address real customer needs and business challenges.
- Provide customers experience the true power of data & analytics platform by leading impactful proof-of-concept engagements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on the value and impact of solutions.
The Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Min 5 years of experience in a presales and/or consulting capacity
- Strong working knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC),Data Integration (ETL), Data Quality (DQ), Data Governance (DG), iPaaS (APIs, micro-services, Application Integration) and Big Data
- Strong working experience of Visualization/BI, AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Highly driven with strong interpersonal skills
- A strong added advantage to have working knowledge in Attunity Replicate, Talend Data Fabric, Qlik Analytics
- Track record of developing relationships at technical, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprises
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex opportunities.
- Familiarity with cloud solutions like SaaS, PaaS and iPaaS
- Knowledge on Cloud Data Platforms and technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake etc.
- Track record of developing relationships at technical, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprises
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills
