ROLES PURPOSES
The role Senior Solutions Delivery Analyst is responsible for overseeing end-to-end technology delivery, operational governance and regulatory compliance across business and IT functions, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements. It leverages data analysis and reporting to support management decision-making while coordinating stakeholders across development, compliance and operational teams to ensure effective delivery outcomes. The role also drives continuous improvement through process optimization, risk mitigation and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis and reporting activities by analyzing business and system data, supporting reporting requirements, developing dashboards and reporting specifications, and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Support operational governance and regulatory compliance activities including AML, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, audit coordination, regulatory reporting and operational risk management.
- Support audit and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and reports.
- Maintain and manage project, operational and governance documentation including reports, release documentation and operational records.
- Oversee technology delivery, operational governance and regulatory compliance activities across business and technology functions.
- Act as the key coordination point between development teams, stakeholders, compliance units and operational teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end software and infrastructure delivery activities including project planning, resource coordination, release management, stakeholder communication and quality assurance.
- Identify, analyze and resolve operational and project-related issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process improvement, workflow optimization, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency enhancements while minimizing operational risks.
- Monitor and report on delivery progress, operational performance and key operational KPIs to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- 5 years as a IT Business Analyst or similar role in FinTech or Remittance industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance (AML, KYC, sanctions, reporting obligations).
- Familiar with regulatory audit exercise from bodies such as BNM, MAS, etc.
- Experience handling external stakeholders such as banking partners, correspondent agents and regulators.
- Understanding of RDBMS concepts and ability to write SQL queries is a MUST.
- Experience in reporting tools like Power BI dashboards is a MUST.
- Experience in project management from conception to delivery. Understanding of project management methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Excels in fast-paced environments with frequently changing priorities by being agile and exhibiting reliable planning.
