Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
Analyse data and solve data-related issues
Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis
Deep understanding of the customer journey from an auto owner's perspective
Able to conduct ethnographic research to un-cover unmet needs and pain points
Develop new product and propositions beyond auto financing
Develop and execute offline/ online marketing campaigns for both internal and external parties
Develop and run training by collaborating and coordinating with sales teams
Design features across different touch points to enable better customer experience, including process improvement
Develops and maintains effective business networks with industry participants; i.e. MAA, Dealers, advertising agencies, RHB Insurance Berhad, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad and other external parties for business opportunities etc.
Source for advertising, promotional and publication materials for projects and campaigns
Attending and assist customer enquiries from AF Customers Service on Hire Purchase Related or any HP issue and matters especially related in Ancillary Business
Responsible as UAT tester for any new enhancement on the Flash system
Assume other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when required by the management to support Squad objectives and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry): Minimum two (2) years work experience in financial services environment
