About The Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Specialist, Digital Business to join our Asset Management team at RHB Banking Group. This role is ideal for a business analystminded professional with a passion for digital innovation and transformation.

As a key driver of our digital agenda, you will lead the design and execution of digital strategies that enhance operational efficiency, client engagement, and business growth. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful digital solutions, harness data insights for informed decision-making, and ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across RHB Asset Management, from ideation to implementation.
  • To support plan, implementation, tracking and reporting of progress for assigned digital initiatives/projects.
  • Periodically organizes project working group meetings with stakeholders to discuss outstanding issues.
  • Assist in conducting gap analysis, market research for the industry and reviewing functional capabilities to identify areas of opportunities that could value add to business units.
  • Liaise and work with various stakeholders (legal, compliance, regulatory, demand, vendor, etc.) pertaining to the implementation of MyInvest's new enhancement and functionality.
  • To conduct cost-benefits analysis for technology/ system enhancements.
  • To ensure system integration testing and user acceptance testing conduct smoothly and within predetermined rate of error.
  • To support user education and awareness on digital initiatives, conduct user training and workshop
  • Keep tracking of project documentations in compliance to internal project management standards for audit reference.
  • To perform ad-hoc assignment as assigned by superior.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in digital transformation projects, ideally within financial services or asset management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and familiarity with digital platforms.
  • Understanding of customer journeys and UX principles, with a focus on improving digital engagement and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance and regulatory guidelines is an added advantage
