Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Order Handling by checking the contents of the sample orders (e.g. quantity, price, notes, technical status) & clarification with marketing, Sales or Ramp Up Manager
- 1st confirmation and if necessary the update of the planned delivery data for the customer in the defined tool
- Inventory maintenance of the internationally samples storages with the focus to reach/keep the defined stock level
- Ensure a clean & updated product portfolio visible for sales and distributors by aligning with Product Marketing considering market demand as well as product lifecycle
- Focus on project management to support team interval optimization
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or automation tools as well as interest in AI-driven supply chain solutions and digitalization is a plus
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Relevant study including the educationally background e.g. in area of informatic, data science, economics or technically background
- Fluent English knowledge
- Solid knowledge for Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel; working practically experiences with SAP of benefit
- Programming skills as well as experience with data analytics and visualization, e.g. in Tableau
- Interest in AI-driven supply chain solutions and digitalization
- Strong team player with focus on team targets and success
