Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment efforts for our IT hirings. This role will be responsible for driving the full talent acquisition lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer managementwhile partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external vendors to deliver top talent in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define job requirements, provide market insights, and advise on talent strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and agencies.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Offer & Negotiation: Prepare offers and lead negotiation processes while maintaining internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to MOM and MAS (where relevant) regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide stakeholders with regular updates and analysis on hiring status and pipeline health.
  • Agency Management: Manage third-party recruiters, ensuring SLAs, cost efficiency, and quality of hire standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably with it background.
  • Proven experience in hiring for mid to senior roles, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
