Responsible for the governance of the globally aligned Transition Framework for HR service transitions, as well as the globally aligned Knowledge Framework for content management, while fostering a learning culture aligned with our service promise to drive overall operational excellence.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Coordination of the transition request workflow and their analysis, leading to ownership of the Transition Pipeline and guaranteeing a smooth and standardized transition of services to the PS Hubs at Infineon.
- Develops an approach for the transfer of identified services based on project management methodology, including detailed process analysis, a clear and structured transition plan, resource and enablement planning, and handover to sustaining mode, with transitions clearly designed and documented.
- Provides communication and support change management activities for transitions, guaranteeing communication to relevant stakeholders and effectively managing expectations.
- Manages quality and service stabilization during the hyper care phase until sign‑off, prepares and completes the Service Scope based on regional requirements, conducts and documents lessons learned to improve the transition framework.
- Owns the end‑to‑end knowledge lifecycle for internal and external documentation, including governance, strategy, and compliance, ensuring data consistency, security, and effective resolution of knowledge‑related inquiries.
- Plan, moderate, and execute regional/country trainings, including enablement and knowledge documentation, to support transitions, process changes, and new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with process experts, team representatives, and regional Knowledge & Enablement Managers on knowledge lifecycle, enablement needs, knowledge transfer, and best‑practice sharing.
- Identify training needs and educate teams on knowledge structure and management best practices to build a learning culture focused on operational excellence and customer centricity.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or a comparable professional qualification.
- Several years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services, service transition, knowledge management, or operational excellence.
- Proven capability to independently own and drive complex topic send‑to‑end, including service transitions, knowledge lifecycle activities, and handover to sustaining operations.
- Experience in process analysis, structured transition and enablement planning, and application of project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder communication and change management, including expectation management across regions and cultures.
