Ansell is looking for a Senior Specialist Order to Cash (OTC) to join our team in Cyberjaya!

In this position you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the APAC region, with a primary focus on enhancing the customer experience. Acting as a key link between Commercial Operations and cross-functional teams, the role identifies, analyzes, and delivers improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality. This includes evaluating current processes, systems, tools, and procedures to define and implement optimized ways of working.

The candidate will play a pivotal role in the regional deployment of the global One ERP program, serving as the OTC lead for APAC supporting the overall OTC OneERP Project Manager in the EMAP Commercial Operations COE team. By fostering collaboration with stakeholders in Logistics, Operations and Planning Centers of Excellence (COE), Sales, Regional Planning, and IT, the role ensures that both global best practices and regional needs are effectively aligned. This project will include comparison of local requirements with the established OneERP blueprint to define required additions or adjustments, UAT, training coordination in APAC Commercial Operations etc.

Ultimately, this position contributes to operational excellence and supports the transformation of APAC Commercial Operations into a more agile, data-driven, and customer-centric organization.

What your role will be

Customer Journey Improvements in OTC

  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across order management and customer experience activities within Commercial Operations to improve the customer journey.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address recurring issues or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations COE (including GTC and factories), Sales, and Global Planning COE to design and deliver improvement solutions.
  • Define and document improved processes, SOPs, RACIs, and governance mechanisms.
  • Track, measure, and report progress on improvement initiatives through Agile sprints and the Commercial Operations COE backlog.
  • Work with EMAP Commercial Operations COE to identify and facilitate the adoption of EMEA best practices locally within the APAC region to enhance process standardization and efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet, Comind) to monitor performance and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Represent APAC in the Perfect Order project (together with APAC management and APAC Operational Excellence in Commercial Operations team).

OTC Lead for OneERP in APAC

  • Serve as the APAC lead for OTC-related activities during the One ERP program preparation and implementation phases.
  • Act as the regional liaison between Commercial Operations and the global IT/ERP teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end process design, UAT testing, training and communications during deployment for OTC functionalities within the new OneERP environment.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts by engaging with local teams and providing guidance on new systems and processes.
  • Report progress and escalate key risks or dependencies to the One ERP Project Manager for OTC in Brussels (dotted-line reporting).
  • Ensure that regional business requirements are represented in the global template while maintaining consistency with enterprise standards.
  • Regular coordination and reporting to the overall OTC OneERP Project Manager in the EMAP Commercial Operations COE team.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Demonstrated experience in internal customer support position.
  • University degree or equivalent obtained by experience in a similar environment
  • Proven record in order management in ERP (Oracle/SAP/Dynamics365) is a plus
  • Analytical capabilities, ability to interpret reports, listings, forecasts and use data to perform root cause analysis
  • Has a passion for the customer (customer-focused)
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on customer value and efficiency
  • Solid knowledge of Order to Cash OTC processes and customer services/CX
  • Proficient in Excel and ideally: Power BI, Smartsheet, and Comind tools
  • Ideally: exposure to project management and/or Agile delivery
  • Effective cross-functional and cross-cultural communicator.
  • Collaborative and self-driven in a matrix environment
  • Persevering and driven by results
  • Presentation skills (incl. explaining new procedures/ways of working)
  • Flexible and able to work in a changing environment
