Senior Specialist Platform Delivery

Project Management

• Implementation of IT platform such as ERP, HRMS, IT Operation, etc.

• Report accurately project status

• Identify potential issues and gaps which may cause delays on schedule.

• Communicate constantly with stakeholders to assure a smooth implementation.

• Coordinate Cadence and Steerco meetings

• Assure that business requirements, project workflow and data governance are delivered timely during implementation.

• Following budget premises when releasing and approving POs

(B) Key Accountabilities

• Main focus is to drive the system implementation of HRMS. Understanding HR requirements and converting them into an IT solution, critical and analytical thinking skills, problem solving skills, working independently, and communicating effectively at all hierarchical levels in the Company.

• Deep technical knowledge of the HRMS that allows providing support to HR.

• Work closely with Corp Centre and Country HR teams to identify potential gaps, challenges etc and recommend solutions / change in processes to the team.

• Act as a technical consultant, provide ongoing technical support to address any other systemrelated issues. Our expectations are having projects being delivered timely and under budget assumptions. Issues and problems happened during implementation must be escalated as needed to avoid delays.

(C) Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, economics, etc.

• At least 7 years of working experience in Project Management/HRMS implementation.

• Previous Experience on Telecommunication Infrastructure environment will be an added advantage.

• Previous experience on HR will be a plus for development of a specific platform in our pipeline.

• Solid communication skill and complete knowledge on MS Office package.

• Strong stakeholder management, able to work with regional people and in fast paced environment.

• Availability for sporadic trips to Indonesia and Philippines
