Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support procurement activities for Infineon Penang entities, including sourcing, competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, contracting, and NDA preparation.
- Manage supplier lifecycle activities such as onboarding/offboarding, performance evaluation, issue resolution, and relationship management.
- Drive continuous improvements in supplier cost, quality, and delivery in alignment with stakeholders.
- Utilize global procurement systems and tools (e.g., iValua, Agiloft, SAP Ariba, MyBuy, SAP Business Network) and manage tendering and negotiation with procurement processes (e.g., TCO, e auctions).
- Support travel category management in collaboration with Finance, Mobility, and Concur, including Travel Policy harmonization, compliance, project support, and handling travel-related system and policy queries.
- Provide support for internal and external procurement-related audits.
- Track procurement KPIs (e.g. cost savings, payment terms), analyze performance gaps, and implement improvement actions.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational, process driven environment.
- Strong expertise in procurement strategy, sourcing, contract management, and operational workflows in manufacturing or high-tech environment (Semiconductor / Electronics is preferred)
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., iValua, Agiloft, SAP Ariba MyBuy, SAP Business Network).
- Preferably experience in the semiconductor industry.
- A proactive, collaborative, and communicative approach to stake holder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and SAP Business Warehouse and other systems mentioned above is a privilege.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, supply chain processes, and financial regulations.
- A trustworthy and accountable working style.
