Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Serve as bridge between business functions and operations, achieving the optimum of volume, cost and quality.
- Define and coordinate the production strategy for a defined product group, aligning with overall business and company objectives to ensure supply chain resilience.
- Identify and drive Cost of Sales improvements through yield enhancements, test or process improvements in close cooperation with all related production sites.
- Lead technical ramp-ups and commit yourself to milestones and targets related to cost, yield, volume shipped and quality from initiation through successful completion of ramp-up phase
- Actively contribute to projects and task force/focus teams during escalations to support operational excellence.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience within Product Engineering or other production related areas.
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor production processes, preferably in Assembly, or in Front End or Test Engineering.
- Agility and resilience in dynamic environments, along with a willingness to adapt to fast-changing business conditions.
- Proven problem-solving skills and effective crisis management expertise.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to manage global, cross-functional and multicultural networks.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, coupled with a proactive mindset to challenge the status quo and explore innovative solutions.
- A strong analytical mindset, enabling data driven decision making.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience working with major consumer electronics companies is a plus.
