What You'll Do:

• Lead QA strategy and test planning across mobile applications, web platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered features.
• Design and execute test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for conventional software and AI/ML systems.
• Build and maintain automated test suites; integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI-assisted tools (e.g., LLM-based test generation, intelligent defect triage) to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Validate AI system outputs for correctness and reliability, working with AI engineers to define acceptance criteria and identify edge cases.
• Provide technical leadership to QA engineers. Set testing standards, review test artefacts, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and DevOps to reproduce defects, drive resolution, and ensure production readiness.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience testing data pipelines or data platforms.
• 5+ years in software QA, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and conventional web/backend systems.
• Familiarity with testing AI/ML features (e.g., validating model outputs, chatbot behaviour, or LLM-based functionality) at a practical level.
• Use of AI tools in day-to-day testing workflows (e.g., AI-assisted test case generation, copilot-supported scripting).
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
• Solid knowledge of SQL, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
