Job Summary
Lead the evaluation and adoption of new mobile network technologies to support network innovation, performance improvement, and future business needs. Work closely with internal teams and technology partners to drive technology strategy and successful implementation.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- Evaluate new mobile network technologies and recommend solutions that support business and network objectives.
- Develop technology roadmaps and business cases for future network enhancements.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan, test, and implement new network capabilities.
- Manage technical discussions with technology vendors to assess new features and deployment plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support for network technology initiatives across the organization.
- Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in mobile network engineering, planning, or technology development.
- Good knowledge of 4G, 5G, and emerging mobile network technologies.
- Experience evaluating new technologies, working with vendors, and supporting network improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different teams.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members is an advantage.
