Working closely with digital team to develop and execute performance-driven CASA & FD acquisition strategies
Work closely with product, UX/UI, and tech teams to enhance app flows, landing pages, and onboarding processes
Map customer journeys and identify drop-off points, friction, and opportunities for improvement
Enhance and develop innovative processes and ideas (digital) directly related to deposit activities to match the market developments and customer needs
Portfolio management for all retail deposit & remittance related products, to execute overall product strategy and promotions including products upselling and cross selling strategy
Develop & enhance retail Conventional and Islamic scheme deposit products from end-to-end to align with the product segment strategy; from ideation, market research, testing or survey, review as well as handling management & regulatory approvals
Develop and execute marketing communication plans, acquisition campaigns and promotional strategy along with product positioning
Work with various stakeholders throughout the product and process development stages.
Benchmark bank's products, services, fees and charges with our competitors by conducting product research and industry analysis on regular basis
Review and assess the product information page, terms and conditions to ensure consistency across all the channels
Coordinate and provide support on related matters/enquiries to ensure adequate service level to customers
Ensure all the initiative/system/processes are in compliance to regulation requirements and guidelines
Possess good analytical skills to design reports and dashboards and ensure data quality in deliverables to relevant channel users.
