We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual, at either a senior or junior level, to join our team as an SAP BTP Integration Specialist. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to connect various systems and applications within Averis Sdn. Bhd.s enterprise landscape.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions using SAP BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management), Event Mesh, and other relevant BTP capabilities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and monitor integration flows, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for integration issues, working closely with various technical teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions, including design documents, test plans, and operational procedures.
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and support for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP advancements and best practices, proactively recommending improvements and innovations.
- Adhere to Averis's development standards, security policies, and architectural guidelines.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP Integration Suite (formerly CPI).
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios using SAP BTP, including experience with various adapters (SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC, OData, etc.).
- Strong understanding of API design principles, security concepts, and authentication methods.
- Experience with other SAP BTP services like SAP Event Mesh, BTP Workflow Management, or Business Application Studio is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Groovy, Java, JavaScript) for custom development within BTP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP BTP certification is highly desirable.
