Senior Specialist, Secretarial are responsible to Assist the Senior Secretarial Manager and the team in managing and actively handling multi-regional secretarial matters across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China, India, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, while providing guidance and support to the team

Manage and actively participate in all company secretarial functions across the Group's multi-regional portfolio, including Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China, India, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and the Americas, ensuring both oversight and hands-on executi - on.Liaise with regulators, auditors, external advisors and internal stakeholders across regions on statutory and corporate governance matte

- es.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions, including timely filings, annual returns and proper maintenance of statutory recor
