About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Transaction Banking - Corporate & Commercial Implementation to join our team at RHB Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Transaction Banking solutions, including Cash, Trade, and Merchant services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless delivery, strong governance, and an exceptional client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee onboarding and implementation of Transaction Banking solutions (Cash, Trade & Merchant)
  • Ensure implementations are executed in accordance with approved scope, timelines, and risk controls
  • Identify implementation risks early and establish effective mitigation plans
  • Escalate material risks, delays, or control gaps to management in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders, especially GCBB/CCM Relationship Managers, Product Squads, and Service Partner/Operations teams to drive origination and sales agenda
  • Provide insights on market developments, competitor capabilities, and gaps to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement
  • Act as the senior client contact during critical implementation phases for key or strategic clients
  • Proactively manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) servicing
  • Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's product guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements including BNM guidelines and mandatory e-Learning policies (e.g. Customer Information Management, PDPA, Responsible Financing, Fair Treatment of Financial Customers, Fees & Charges policies)
  • Consistently achieve strong audit outcomes and uphold governance standards

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in Transaction Banking, implementation, or related corporate/commercial banking roles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong risk awareness and problem-solving capabilities
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex implementations
  • Good understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and operational processes
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
