Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions using internal RPA platforms with strong emphasis on structured, step-by-step workflow design.
- Analyze and translate manufacturing processes into clear automation flows for efficiency and reliability.
- Design and implement end-to-end computer vision / machine learning pipelines.
- Develop models for classification, detection, and segmentation using approaches such as YOLO.
- Build and maintain image processing and data pipelines for machine and sensor data.
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigation to support process improvement.
- Integrate systems via APIs and industrial protocols (e.g., SECS/GEM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support deployment, debugging, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python, C# for automation, computer vision, and data processing.
- Experience in automation workflow design, process flow structuring, model training and model deployment
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end computer vision pipelines, including:
o Model training, evaluation, deployment
o Experience with YOLO, various SOTA Deep Learning Model for Computer Vision
o Classification, detection, and segmentation
o Conventional computer vision skills - Image processing techniques
- Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL / MSSQL), including queries, stored procedures, and data handling.
- Understanding of data analysis and root cause investigation.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integration.
Preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing systems, machine vision, or sensor data environments.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
