Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Analyse and Define Operational efficiency opportunity based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital & Material) thru DMAIC approaches.
- Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deployment of IE tools and methodologies in conduct studies, data collection and projects.
- Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems.
- Set and establish various manufacturing standards and KPI annually. Identify the gaps and formulate actions to close the gaps. Work with Operation to buy-in new standards/KPI for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
- Ensure data quality of Basic IE database - Standards for Labor, Material Usage Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, OEE.
- Drive manufacturing performance KPI such as OEE, UPH, MMO.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities.
- Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD.
