Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for overall defined equipment execution of equipment/tooling scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively.
- Lead a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions.
- Establish/enhance setup, conversion & troubleshooting guide to ensure all defined equipment have reliable machine uptime.
- Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns to improve unscheduled downtime.
- Responsible overall defined equipment maintenance systematic, activities and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. Coordinate overall defined equipment TPM systematic/activities.
- Support defined equipment ramp up of new technology (package, product, process) and customer audits.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics / Mechatronics ) with 8 years working experience in equipment maintenance especially in reflow oven, component placement and solder printing.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond.
- Be personally energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.
