Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support development of new GaN devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
- Define design rules & test methodologies.
- Take ownership on assigned development packages
- Conduct DOEs on GaN wafers to maximize the device and process performance with good reliability.
- Collaborate with process development, integration and other stakeholders to meet development targets
- Contribute to problem solving in a creative way and also create process and device IP for GaN Tech Development.
- Support the growth of Infineon's patent portfolio by constantly screening ideas for patentability.
- Support GaN production ramp activities on analysis & problem solving on critical technical topics.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Physics or electrical engineering or similar
- Master/PhD with +5 years of experience preferred
- Strong Technical foundation on problem solving ability
- Hands on experience with development and execution
- Cross functional collaboration and communication
- Ownership and accountability
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset
