Responsible for improvement and sustenance of end to end (Assembly to Final Test) quality and yield at targeted level by analyzing, monitoring, and outline strategic and focus projects for technical team.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible to lead and manage escalation and facilitate discussion among all parties.
- Responsible to setup effective indicators, monitoring and driving improvement on quality and yield.
- Responsible for governance of yield systematic and implement methods to enhance yield management process.
- Responsible for setting Yield TCR and compliance to iPRISM yield systematics.
- Focus on enhancing L1 early detections and improvement on escapees to next process, key line detection/ screening method/ disposition method to address escapees.
- Coach next level in enhancing technical know-how and problem-solving analysis.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Mechatronics/Material Science/Semiconductor technology.
- Minimum 5 years working experience related in Semiconductor Manufacturing background.
- Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Systematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g.: 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond.
- Ability to anticipate issues and challenges including resolving them quickly.
- Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs.
