We're Hiring | Senior Staff / Lead Engineer – Physical Design (PnR/PD)

Location: Penang, Malaysia

Experience: 6–12 Years

Nationality: Local candidates are preferred

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Physical Design (PnR/PD)

• Expertise in SerDes IO, DDR IO, or other High-Speed IO PHYs

• Strong understanding of advanced node layout rules (≤7nm process technologies)

• Experience with Samsung ≤5nm technologies will be a strong advantage

What We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of advanced semiconductor design methodologies

• Proven experience in high-speed interface PHY implementation and optimization

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive design execution
