Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Staff Nurse position located in Kuala Lumpu. . The selected candidate will oversee general administration of nurses and care staff. Also oversee long term nursing care to residents, oversee patient conditions, and maintain accurate medical records. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing care plans, administering medications, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff. The role requires both in-person and remote contributions to ensure seamless communication and care delivery. The role provides a fast pass to a higher position and to leadership positions in our long term care cebtre

Qualifications

• Strong nursing skills,ability to lead ward heads and administration of nurses , roster and ward effiiciency
• Proficiency in creating and managing care plans, conducting health assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and mentor junior healthcare staff.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centric approach to care.
• Registered Nurse licensure and relevant certifications are required; additional training in geriatric or chronic care nursing is a plus..
