Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kajang for a Senior Staff Nurse. The Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the nursing team, providing high-quality patient care, and administering medication as required. The role includes monitoring patients health conditions, collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. Mentoring junior nurses and contributing to staff training initiatives will also form part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, health monitoring, and medication administration
• Experience in healthcare team leadership, mentoring, and managing nursing staff
• Knowledge of nursing protocols, infection control practices, and healthcare regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with diverse teams, and provide compassionate patient care
• Experience or interest in senior care and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an advantage
• Hold a valid nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing Board
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
• Commitment to patient safety, dignity, and improving overall care quality
