Job Description
- Lead and Manage the Quality Performance of Contract Manufacturers Suppliers
- Responsible for establishing, implementing & maintaining the Quality Management System of our Contract Manufacturers Suppliers
- Performing suppliers audits, rising where necessary appropriate corrective action requests and follow up with effective re-audit and close out
- Responsible for New Product Introduction Quality performance & qualification of parts
- Managing & lead Suppliers critical issues, drive fast resolution & prevention
- Responsible for championing onsite supplier process characterization (continuous improvement) efforts, supplier yield & capacity improvement

Basic Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical
- More than 7 years working experience in Process Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering or Development Engineering
- Have experience in Plastic molding, PCBA manufacturing, Box build assembly will be advantage
- Good written & verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
- Self motivated & passionate to drive zero defect quality culture
- Good problem solving knowledge & able to work independently
- Strong leadership skill
