About the Company
Design lead for software and overall solution in Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, Power Amplifier, MOSFET, IGBT and RF and Module Burn-In products.
Responsibilities
- Develop ATE application hardware, software architecture, object orientated modules and test sequence based on specification and test plan from customer requirement.
- Work with engineers, customer, cross-functional team and supplier to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Responsible for the transfer of customer requirement into overall ATE design, software architecture, test methodology and test sequence.
- Monitor, evaluate, analyze and optimize test system to ensure optimal manufacturing yield.
- Perform evaluation, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
- Troubleshoot ATE failure, design issues and provide corrective action after completion of failure analysis.
- Supervise and guide junior engineers working in various projects and modules.
- Manage supply chain for standard part purchase, equipment, system and accessories.
- Lead the evaluation process, research, experiment, prototyping, proof of concept and data analysis to determine cause effect of issue and to provide solution.
- Responsible for overall projects, planning, design, development, buyoff and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Required Skills
- LabVIEW, TestStand or C++ language.
- Good programming practices and software architecture design for various applications.
- Familiar with ATE hardware, PCB and test instruments capability.
- More than 5 years of working experience in related field.
