Develop and build a strong store network for the business in Malaysia, by having deep understanding of the current real estate/ retail landscape in Malaysia.
Form strategic alliance with landlords as well as key property developers/ landowners/ retailers in Malaysia.
Negotiate with landlords for the ideals locations and other commercial terms, in accordance with UNIQLO SDV policies.
Analyze and advise legal risk in all the legal documents.
Manage and lead the schedule of projects and coordinate with related departments and partners.
Manage the existing stores and maintaining the relationship with landlords.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Strong proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Development in retail industry or other related real estate business.
Experience of Build & Lease and Land Lease and other land matters will be added advantage.
Experience of store development in global retail industry will be added advantage.
Experience in Paralegal will be an added advantage.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good in project management and problem-solving skills.
