To support the VP Strategic Planning, Middle Office & Corporate Comm, and the MD of Group Wealth Management (GWM) in driving strategic planning initiatives that reinforce GWM's positioning and align with the bank's overall objectives and market dynamics. This includes:
Performance Management
- Assist on the development of GWM strategy
- Influence and engage in business development activities to achieve performance objectives and targets
- Conduct tracking of the strategy performance and implementation
- Align and coordinate strategy tasks and action points, ensuring clarity and accountability
Strategic Project
- Monitor the results of implemented initiatives against their original
- Lead working group across different department to ensure initiative milestones are met on time and within scope
- Provide support in the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate periodic and ad hoc updates, preparing high quality discussion materials and analyses to enable informed management decisions
- Bachelor degree and/or professional qualification in relevant discipline
- Related experience in management consulting or experience in strategy development, planning and project management or similar roles in finance industry
- Able to multi task and manage own time effectively and ability to handle multiple strategic priorities, with support from supervisor and other team members
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, solid financial acumen and ability to tackle complex challenges and drive results
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse functions and backgrounds
Requirements:-
