Senior Structural Designer (S3D)
Job Purpose
Responsible for independently delivering 3D modelling, 2D drawings, material take-offs (MTO), connection detailing, and fabrication drawings for offshore structure projects. Ensure all design deliverables are practical for fabrication and installation, compliant with project specifications, relevant design codes, industry standards, and Technip Energies procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D models and 2D drawings for offshore structural projects.
- Produce structural detailing, connection details, fabrication drawings, and construction deliverables in accordance with project requirements and schedules.
- Ensure all design work complies with Technip Energies standards, project specifications, applicable regulations, and recognized industry codes.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure efficient and fit-for-purpose design solutions.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in structural design and execution of offshore facilities projects.
- Hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D for offshore structural 3D modelling.
