Job Description

At TNG Digital, part of TNG Digital Group, we build the tech behind TNG eWallet, one of Malaysia's most used apps for payments and everyday life. Millions of people rely on us daily, not just to pay, but to manage money, access financial services, and get things done faster and simpler. Behind it all is a team that likes to question how things are done, move quickly, and try new ideas. If you enjoy solving real problems and seeing your work used at scale, you will feel right at home here.

Role Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end planning and execution of supply chain operations for digital and intangible products. This includes demand forecasting, digital fulfilment, vendor governance, and service reliability.

The role owns the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand signals with digital supply capacity, ensuring seamless customer experiences across reload pins, e‑wallet credits, vouchers, and subscription services. The manager drives digital transformation by embedding data‑driven insights, automation, and governance into every stage of the service supply chain.

1. Digital Demand & Supply Planning

  • Own and lead the S&OP process for intangible products, aligning demand forecasts with digital supply capacity (codes, credits, licenses, server capacity).
  • Partner with commercial and growth teams to capture real‑time SKU insights and translate them into actionable supply strategies.
  • Ensure demand‑supply balancing accounts for promotions, campaigns, and customer usage patterns.
  • Continuously enhance forecasting accuracy using data analytics and predictive models.

2. Digital Fulfilment & Service Reliability

  • Oversee end‑to‑end digital order management, ensuring instant fulfilment of reload pins, vouchers, and subscriptions.
  • Monitor system capacity, vendor readiness, and digital inventory to prevent service disruptions.
  • Act as the operational interface with digital vendors and service providers, resolving issues and driving improvements.
  • Ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and on time, safeguarding trust and experience.

3. Inventory & Capacity Controls (Digital Assets)

  • Establish monitoring mechanisms for digital inventory (codes, credits, licenses) to prevent shortages or expirations.
  • Optimise replenishment cycles with vendors to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
  • Align digital inventory levels with demand forecasts while maintaining cost efficiency and risk discipline.

4. Vendor & Financial Governance

  • Maintain strong relationships with digital vendors, payment gateways, and service providers.
  • Lead performance reviews and commercial discussions to secure favourable pricing, service levels, and operational outcomes.
  • Govern financial controls, including reconciliation of completed transactions against payments received, and validation of vendor invoices.

5. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Define, track, and report KPIs for digital fulfilment (transaction success rate, SLA adherence, error rates, customer satisfaction).
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to improve resilience and scalability of digital services.
  • Analyse trends and root causes to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.

6. People Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and develop teams supporting digital supply chain operations, vendor coordination, and demand planning.
  • Drive accountability and capability development across internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and governance standards while embedding digital best practices.
