Senior System Analyst (CRM & Credit/Loan Origination)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of CRM and Credit/Loan Origination solutions within the banking and financial services sector. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while supporting end-to-end project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned System Analyst with strong banking domain expertise, particularly in lending, CRM platforms, and system integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives and operational needs.
• Analyze business processes and conduct impact assessments for system enhancements, integrations, and transformation projects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
• Design and document system workflows, business rules, interface specifications, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Review and support system integration requirements, including APIs, data flows, and external applications.
• Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Participate in solution design reviews, testing cycles, UAT activities, deployment planning, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with business goals.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones to stakeholders.
• Support projects throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to implementation.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Strong experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Credit Origination, Loan Processing, or Lending Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes, especially the lending lifecycle.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, impact assessment, and solution design.
• Experience preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), and related project documentation.
• Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, and data flow architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration/project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end from requirements definition through implementation.
