Job Summary:

The Senior System Analyst - Data (GDW) will be responsible for end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise data solutions across the Data Warehouse (EDW) and Data Lake environments. The role requires extensive experience in data integration, analytics, and data governance, leveraging technologies such as Cloudera Hadoop, TeraData, AS400, Informatica, and Business Intelligence tools.

The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and develop data integration and data warehousing solutions across EDW and Data Lake environments.
  • Work on data ingestion, transformation, and analytics using Cloudera Hadoop and TeraData platforms.
  • Support business data requirements and ensure end-to-end data lifecycle management.
  • Design and maintain data models, mappings, and workflows using Informatica Data Integration tools (BDM, IDQ, IDL).
  • Collaborate with developers, business users, and architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across multiple data systems.
  • Oversee data migration, data validation, and quality checks using Query Surge and similar tools.
  • Implement CI/CD automation using Jenkins, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and performance standards.
  • Provide production support and ensure high availability of critical data platforms.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams across business and IT units.
