Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior System Analyst with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Axway RFT to lead customer onboarding initiatives and ensure secure, compliant data integration. The role requires deep knowledge of middleware, databases, and encryption standards, with responsibility for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level solutions across Linux-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system analysis, design, and implementation for Informatica PowerCenter and Axway RFT platforms.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Oversee certificate management, PGP encryption, and secure handling of payment file formats.
  • Provide technical leadership in Oracle Database 19c and JBoss EAP environments.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts, XML configurations, and Informatica workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and remediation requirements.
  • Document technical processes, onboarding procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience

  • Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and Axway RFT.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Database 19c and JBoss EAP.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux (RHEL) system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with shell scripting and XML.
  • Deep understanding of client onboarding processes, certificate management, and PGP encryption.
  • Familiarity with payment file formats and secure data exchange.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with middleware integration and enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions.
  • Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, ELK stack).
  • Exposure to batch scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and analysts.
