We're hiring a Senior System Analyst to lead Regulatory Reporting & IFRS9 projects (credit risk, large exposures, market risk).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery as Technical Delivery Manager when required.
- Support the Project Manager with project execution, stakeholder communication, and coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables while tracking risks and issues.
- Liaise with business users and vendors on regulatory risk-related changes.
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and contribute to BRD reviews.
- Translate BRDs into Functional Specifications (FS), conduct walkthroughs, and obtain approvals.
- Prepare data mapping specifications for Basel computations from source systems.
- Provide analytical and design support to the development team.
- Assist with SIT issue analysis and guide UAT.
- Coordinate with users during UAT to resolve techno-functional queries.
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant techno-functional experience in the financial services domain.
- Proven expertise in Basel reporting and computation (credit risk or market risk).
- Practical experience with Moody's Risk Authority (MRA) or equivalent systems.
- Strong understanding of financial market products.
- Skilled in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communicator with excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of 57 members.
