Position: Senior System Analyst (Senior Executive)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with users to understand business processes and gather system requirements.
- Analyze system requirements, identify change impacts, and propose effective solutions.
- Provide system support to business users, particularly for BI Reporting and System Integration activities.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications.
- Conduct system training and offer guidance to end users to ensure smooth adoption.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system analysis or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing project activities.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting (mandatory).
- Experience with BI Reporting Tools and System Integration is essential.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
