Server Management: Design, deploy, and maintain server infrastructure to support business operations, ensuring high availability and performance.
Storage Solutions: Implement and manage storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and DAS, to meet the organization's data storage requirements.
Data Protection & Disaster Recovery Solutions: Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and recovery plans to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect server and storage infrastructure from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of server and storage configurations, backup procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
Collaboration: Work closely with other technical team members and across other departments as well to ensure seamless integration and deployment support of the infrastructure.
Upgrades & Migration: Plan and execute upgrades and migration on server and storage hardware to maintain optimal performance or support new technologies.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in server and storage administration, with a focus on backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, DellEMC, HPE, Lenovo, Nutanix, or Pure Storage are highly desirable.
