As a Senior System Support Specialist, you will act as a senior technical expert within the Digital Workplace Services organization, supporting and enhancing enterprise-scale endpoint management solutions across DHL.

You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and associated endpoint management technologies. You will support the full device lifecycle, including operating system deployment, provisioning, software distribution, patch management, compliance monitoring, and endpoint security controls.

A key part of your role will be driving operational excellence by identifying opportunities for automation, reducing manual effort, improving service reliability, and enhancing the end user experience. You will leverage PowerShell and other automation technologies to streamline processes and support large scale deployments and operational activities.

You will also contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives, including Windows operating system upgrades, endpoint modernization programs, security hardening activities, and the adoption of new workplace technologies. Working closely with architecture, engineering, security, and operational teams, you will help ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and supported according to enterprise standards and best practices.

In addition, you will serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions to improve service stability and reduce recurring issues. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, and help establish technical standards and operational procedures across the team.

Last but not least, technologies associated with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows 365, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, endpoint security, operating system deployment, and modern workplace services are all in your support league.

Required Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Modern Device Management (MDM).
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment.
  • Experience managing Windows Update for Business and Feature Update deployments.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience with operating system deployment, imaging, and task sequence management.
  • Understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device hardening principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Windows 365 and Virtual Desktop technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management practices.
  • Experience supporting large scale global enterprise environments.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Endpoint Management, Intune, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
