The Opportunity

This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, within the IT function, supporting OUS sites across Information Technology domains. The IT team partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, commercial, and supply chain teams to ensure technology enables safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

As the Senior Systems Analyst, you will support site IT operations by bridging business processes, production operations, and digital systems. You will provide operational and technical support, coordinate system activities, maintain documentation, and help drive small IT initiatives and continuous improvements.

What You'll Work On

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support for site IT systems, including incident tracking, troubleshooting coordination, and follow‑ups
  • Capture, document, and clarify business and technical requirements, supporting audits, quality events, and investigations
  • Support system testing, patching, upgrades, and verification activities, ensuring proper documentation and change management
  • Assist with small IT projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and coordination with internal teams and external providers
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, divisional, and local quality, cyber security, and governance requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including applications, infrastructure, incident and change management
  • Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT support, OT systems, manufacturing systems, or plant operations
  • Experience supporting production or regulated environments (e.g. MES, PLC/HMI, SCADA, logistics systems, pharma or medical devices)
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
