About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (STAC) to lead hiring delivery for Software Engineering roles within a fast-scaling tech environment. This is a delivery-focused role where you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer closure. You will partner closely with hiring managers, drive structured hiring processes, and build strong pipelines of engineering talent aligned to clearly defined hiring goals.
What You'll Work On
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering roles (Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps, Data)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and align on expectations
- Review and qualify candidate pipelines, ensuring quality and relevance to hiring needs
- Guide and work closely with Talent Sourcing Specialists (TSS) on sourcing direction and role prioritisation
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely progression of candidates
- Drive offer management and candidate closing, maintaining strong engagement throughout the process
- Track hiring progress and maintain accurate data across shared hiring trackers
- Identify hiring challenges early and work with stakeholders to resolve delays or misalignment
- Contribute to improving hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and overall efficiency
You're a Good Fit If You
- Have 58+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house, agency, or RPO)
- Have a strong track record hiring Software Engineering or technical roles
- Understand different engineering functions and can engage credibly with both candidates and hiring managers
- Are confident in sourcing strategies and know how to assess candidate quality beyond resumes
- Can manage multiple roles at once, balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder expectations
- Are comfortable working in a structured, client-facing environment with clear hiring targets
- Communicate clearly and are able to manage both candidates and stakeholders effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring within high-growth tech, product, or platform companies
- Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, or alternative sourcing channels
- Experience working within an RPO or embedded hiring model
- Exposure to hiring data, reporting, and process optimisation
