Job Summary
We are seeking a highly independent and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and drive the company's talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment function. This role serves as the primary talent partner to business leaders, responsible for shaping workforce planning, hiring strategy, and go-to-market talent approaches to support business growth. The role combines strategic talent advisory with hands-on execution across full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own short-term and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce gaps.
- Conduct hiring demand forecasting, workforce planning discussions, and scenario planning with leadership.
- Design go-to-market and multi-channel talent acquisition strategies based on market conditions and talent availability.
- Build long-term talent pipeline architecture for critical and future hiring needs.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor by providing hiring insights, salary benchmarks, talent market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Own full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and administration.
- Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and hiring effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–4 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies and execute end-to-end hiring independently.
- Experience partnering with leadership on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Strong understanding of talent markets, sourcing strategy, and hiring trends.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritisation skills.
- Familiar with JobStreet, LinkedIn, and sourcing channels.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to balance strategy and execution.
