We are looking for a proactive and results-driven recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring and partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent. This role will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring across multiple functions and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Lead the recruitment of mid- to senior-level roles, ensuring strong candidate assessment and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously, including high-volume recruitment when required.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channels, job board sourcing, and digital/non-digital employment marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Plan and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR teams to align recruitment activities with workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment progress, maintain accurate hiring data, and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Support regional or global hiring initiatives and coordinate recruitment activities across different markets where required.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently, including mid- to senior-level roles.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-volume hiring and multiple concurrent roles.
- Exposure to regional or global hiring will be an advantage.
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining high hiring quality.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
