We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Expert (8+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a seasoned White Collar Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of hiring high-volume, frontline, and technical workforce talent. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to build strong pipelines for operational roles, we want to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions (operators, technicians, warehouse staff, production workers, etc.)
  • Manage high-volume hiring campaigns while maintaining quality of hire
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, walk-ins, agency partnerships, referral programs, community hiring)
  • Partner closely with operations and site leaders to understand manpower planning and workforce forecasting
  • Drive recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention metrics
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and hiring standards
  • Build and maintain strong agency and vendor relationships where applicable

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to blue-collar / mass hiring
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, construction, industrial, or similar sectors preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities across sites
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking hiring metrics
  • Hands-on, operational, and comfortable being on-site when required
