Job Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding).
  • Source candidates through job portals (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn), referrals and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (e.g., Employment Act 1955).
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize induction and orientation programs.
  • Coordination of Training & Development (Internal / External) including liaising with training provider and application in HRD Corp portal
  • Coordinate and administer Training & Development programs and plans
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development areas

Candidate Requirements: -

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience working in an outsourced recruitment agency or staffing firm will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and good time management abilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to travel outstation from time to time according to business needs
