How you create impact
- Working hand‑in‑hand with your Team Leader, you'll tap into professional networks like LinkedIn, internal recruitment tools, referral programs, social media, and job boards to uncover the right talent for each role. From the very first search to the final handshake, you'll be at the heart of the process.
- Your journey will include proactive sourcing, screening applications, reviewing resumes, coordinating assessments, and launching reference and background checks. Every candidate interaction will be carefully tracked through our internal systems, ensuring transparency and consistency.
- But it doesn't stop there. You'll be constantly looking for ways to optimize our talent acquisition solutions, measuring success against key performance indicators and refining processes to make them sharper, faster, and more effective.
- You'll also be the gatekeeper of quality, screening and reviewing incoming applicants to ensure only the strongest profiles move forward.
