Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative talent acquisition strategies and operational plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment efforts with strategic direction, manage team workloads, and allocate resources effectively.
- Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies support organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders to assess staffing needs and provide insights on market trends and competition.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Use diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with HR and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely feedback, clear communication, and respectful interactions.
- Represent the company's brand and culture effectively to potential candidates.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management.
- Mentor junior recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.
- Lead recruitment projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
Key Requirements
- 1115 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Awareness of current hiring trends and market dynamics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for hiring in emerging technologies is a plus.
