Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across our technical and graduate hiring. You'll be the talent partner for hiring managers across TIME dotCom — sourcing and closing specialist candidates, running our graduate intake, and keeping our recruitment systems and reporting sharp. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable headhunting a niche candidate, running a structured graduate campaign, and pulling a clean hiring dashboard for management.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle technical recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring for specialist and IT roles, including data analytics, network engineering, cybersecurity, software, and cloud
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define requirements, and advise on market realities, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct headhunting, not job-board response alone
- Run structured screening and interview processes, and manage candidates through to offer and close
Graduate recruitment
- Own the graduate hiring cycle end to end — campus engagement, campaigns, assessment, and selection
- Build and manage early-careers pipelines and talent pools for future intakes
ATS and recruitment systems
- Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System — data hygiene, workflow configuration, and user support
- Ensure hiring activity is accurately and consistently captured across the team
Recruitment reporting and dashboards
- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting — time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and other hiring metrics
- Translate hiring data into insight for hiring managers and management, and flag risks early
Stakeholder and vendor management
- Act as the trusted talent advisor to hiring managers across technical functions
- Manage recruitment agency and platform partners where used, and hold them to quality and cost
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record hiring technical and IT roles (data, network, cybersecurity, software, cloud, or similar)
- Hands-on experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent, not reliant on inbound applications
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, including data management and reporting
- Comfortable working with recruitment data — able to build and interpret dashboards and hiring metrics
- Experience running graduate or early-careers recruitment is a strong advantage
- Enough technical literacy to hold a credible conversation with engineering and IT hiring managers and screen for role fit
- Strong stakeholder management — able to influence and advise hiring managers directly
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
*Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
